This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative HR and Reward Operations team, where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll services and exceptional support to employees across the UK .About the Role As a SAP Payroll & Time Advisor, you'll be responsible for processing a wide range of payroll, time management and HR administration activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and outstanding customer service at every stage. Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll support colleagues and stakeholders with payroll-related queries, manage key administrative processes and contribute to the smooth running of payroll operations from start to finish.What You'll Be DoingPayroll Administration

- Process payroll-related transactions including:\n
- \n
- Detached Duty, Standby and On Call payments \n
- One-time payments \n
- Memberships, loans and PASS scheme transactions \n
- Working Party Subsistence claims \n
- P45s and New Starter Declarations \n
- Settlement Agreements \n
- Court Orders \n
\n
Time Management Administration
\n- \n
- Process employee time-related activities including:\n
- \n
- Overtime submissions \n
- Shift pattern changes \n
- Sickness records \n
- Phased Return to Work arrangements \n
- Time Savings Accounts and Salary Offset activities \n
\n
HR Operations Support
\n- \n
- Manage a variety of HR administration tasks, including:\n
- \n
- Employment references and solicitor correspondence \n
- First-line support for flexible benefits queries \n
- Administration and support of the e-pay system \n
- Mail merge communications and departmental correspondence \n
- Liaison with the external e-payslip provider \n
\n
Customer Support
\n- \n
- Provide professional and customer-focused support via telephone and ticketing systems. \n
- Assist internal stakeholders with payroll and HR-related queries. \n
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently achieved. \n
What We're Looking For We're interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:

- Previous experience within a payroll environment. \n
- Strong payroll data processing and query handling experience. \n
- Knowledge of PAYE, SSP, SMP, SPP, pensions, student loans and other payroll deductions. \n
- Experience using computerised payroll systems, ideally SAP. \n
- A background working in a busy administrative or office environment. \n
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Strong organisational and planning skills. \n
- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities. \n
- Proficiency using Google Workspace applications. \n
