Home-based with regular visits to Swansea office

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a fantastic and high achieving brokerage. This is a home-based role with regular access to the Swansea office, offering strong earning potential and high-quality lead support.

The successful candidate will advise clients across a range of specialist lending products, including:

  • BTL mortgages
    • \n
  • Bridging Finance
    • \n
\n

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven individual with strong relationship-building skills.

\n

You will work closely with a case manager who will provide administrative and documentation support, allowing you to focus on client management and business generation.

Requirements

    \n
  • Minimum 2 years’ mortgage broking experience
    • \n
  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
    • \n
  • Experience within the specialist lending market
    • \n
