\n\nThe Opportunity
\nAs a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice. You’ll support advisers, manage client workflows, and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism across all administrative processes.
\nThis is a hands-on role with real responsibility, you’ll be involved in client communication, case management, new business processing, and meeting preparation, helping to deliver a seamless client experience.

\nNew Business Processing

- Prepare and submit advice packs including illustrations, applications, and suitability letters \n
- Prioritise casework to meet agreed SLAs \n
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and complete \n
Client Meeting Follow-Up
\n- \n
- Format and process meeting notes \n
- Update internal systems including Salesforce and other platforms \n
- Complete all post-meeting actions promptly and accurately \n
Client Review Management
\n- \n
- Support advisers with the coordination of client review cycles \n
- Monitor review tasks and ensure timely delivery \n
- Maintain accurate records throughout the review process \n
Client Communication & Call Handling
\n- \n
- Handle incoming calls professionally and client-centrically \n
- Log, resolve, or escalate queries in line with service standards \n
- Maintain clear, accurate communication records \n
Mail & Document Processing
\n- \n
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail \n
- Scan, prioritise, and log documents within required turnaround times \n
Marketing & Client Engagement
\n- \n
- Organise and distribute marketing materials for campaigns and client occasions \n
- Ensure communications are accurate, compliant, and brand-aligned \n
Case & Pipeline Management

- Maintain end-to-end ownership of allocated cases \n
- Follow up on provider requests such as LOAs \n
- Track pipeline business weekly and chase outstanding items \n
Meeting Preparation & Onboarding

- Prepare client files ahead of meetings \n
- Set up new clients across internal systems and ensure data accuracy \n
Professional Communication

- Draft clear, professional written communications to clients, providers, and internal teams \n
What They’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a senior administrative or client support role within financial services \n
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail \n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce \n
