Management Accountant

We are partnering with a prestigious hospitality business to recruit an Interim Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified or qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a fast paced and commercially focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing management accounts, supporting financial reporting and partnering with operational stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Production of monthly management accounts and supporting commentary
\n
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and month end journals
\n
• Budgeting and forecasting support
\n
• Variance analysis and investigation of key financial movements
\n
• Assisting with year end processes and audit requirements
\n
• Supporting operational teams with financial insight and reporting
\n
• Maintaining strong financial controls and processes
\n

Requirements

\n
• Part qualified or qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
\n
• Previous experience producing management accounts
\n
• Background within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, leisure, events or private members clubs would be highly advantageous
\n
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
\n
• Proactive approach and desire to work in a dynamic environment
\n
