A well-respected Gloucestershire law firm is looking to expand its commercial property team with the appointment of a solicitor or chartered legal executive. This is a great opportunity for a commercial property lawyer circa 3 PQE upwards to progress your career within a supportive and growing practice.

The opportunity: You will be joining a busy commercial property department handling a wide range of matters. Typical work will include:

• Acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties and businesses
\n
• Advising on commercial leases, renewals, assignments and other landlord and tenant issues
\n
• Managing a varied caseload with autonomy and client contact from day one
\n

About you:

\n
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial property
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
\n
• Keen to play an active role in developing relationships and supporting the continued growth of the team
\n
