The Role You'll join a collaborative and supportive team, advising a broad range of commercial clients on complex debt recovery and commercial litigation matters. You'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the litigation process, including:\n

• Complex pre-action disputes

• Mediations and settlement negotiations
\n
• Drafting court applications
\n
• Managing defended claims
\n
• Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigation
\n
• Drafting witness statements and costs schedules
\n
• Instructing Counsel
\n
• Trial preparation
\n
