Job Description

We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded Employee Benefits consultancy based in London, who are looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Consultant or Associate Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a genuinely flexible opportunity and would suit:

  • An experienced Employee Benefits Consultant

  • An Associate Consultant looking to step up

  • Someone with a Group Risk or Health & Wellbeing bias who is keen to further develop their pensions knowledge over time

The Role

\n

You’ll be responsible for servicing and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing corporate Employee Benefits clients, delivering high-quality advice, guidance and ongoing support.

\n

The role combines:

\n
    \n
  • A corporate advisory service to senior stakeholders
  • \n
  • A more bespoke, individual-focused service to scheme members
  • \n
  • Client schemes range from small SMEs to larger organisations (up to c.600 employees), providing plenty of variety and exposure.
  • \n
\n

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n
    \n
  • Advising on Workplace Pensions, Group Risk, PMI, Cash Plans and broader Health & Wellbeing solutions
  • \n
  • Delivering employee benefit and financial wellbeing presentations (in person and remotely)
  • \n
  • Supporting the development of the overall Employee Benefits proposition
  • \n
  • Identifying referral opportunities across wider financial services
  • \n
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and industry trends
  • \n
  • Over time, taking ownership of client relationships and profitability
  • \n
\n

About You

\n

You’ll ideally have:

\n
    \n
  • Experience in an Employee Benefits, Group Risk or Health & Wellbeing role
  • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge in at least part of the Employee Benefits landscape
  • \n
  • Confidence communicating with both corporate clients and individual employees
  • \n
  • The ability to explain complex information in clear, plain English
  • \n
\n

Level 4 / DipPFS is not essential for Associate-level candidates, and those keen to develop their pensions knowledge will be fully supported.

Package & Benefits

  • £55,000 – £70,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
