Duties and Responsibilities:

\n - Maximise debt recovery by talking with our customers to arrange payment of invoices
\n - Running debtor invoices through the system
\n - Chase all overdue accounts via telephone, email and post.
\n - Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
\n - Build great working relationships with colleagues in other areas of the business.
\n - Support other members of the team as and when needed.

Key Skills & Attributes:
\n
\n - Strong Credit Control experience
\n - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
\n - Confidence communicating at all levels, both internally and externally.
\n - Ability to adapt and show resilience.
\n
