Childcare SolicitorLocation: Blackburn / Hybrid/ Remote A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a dedicated and motivated Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its nationally recognised Domestic Abuse, Children and Stalking Department. The role will involve handling complex and often sensitive matters, so resilience, professionalism and empathy are essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Family Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of childcare and related matters
\n
• Family Solicitor to conduct advocacy where required
\n
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice
\n
• Maintaining accurate time recording and billing
\n
• Meeting performance targets and compliance requirements
\n
• Undertaking CPD in line with Law Society regulations
\n

About You:

\n
• Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in childcare law
\n
• Confident managing your own caseload and prioritising workloads effectively
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware
\n
• Reliable and conscientious, with strong attention to detail
\n
