Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to work part-time (Flexi 21-25 hours per week), to be fully responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of weekly, monthly and annual payroll calculations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering client payroll with accuracy and to agreed timetables
  • \n
  • Developing, maintaining, optimising and deploying suitable payroll processes and controls.
  • \n
  • Collation of monthly & weekly payroll data within required timeframes and authorisation guidelines.
  • \n
  • Reconciliation of costings
  • \n
  • Supporting the transfer of payroll for new clients
  • \n
  • Supporting ad-hoc payroll projects
  • \n
  • Assist in P11ds and PSA
  • \n
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • \n
  • Troubleshooting and handling internal and external queries
  • \n
  • Client specific duties including European payroll data management
  • \n

Desirable Education / Qualifications:

  • CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate
