Stores Coordinator

Location: Buckie Work Type: Onsite Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour (PAYE) Overtime: 150% / 200% rates Contract: 30th June 2026 - 20th October 2026 (potential for extension or permanent role)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Stores Coordinator to join our team in Buckie. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high health & safety standards.

Working a structured shift pattern of 7 days on / 7 days off, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials.

• 12-hour shifts

• 7 days on / 7 days off rotation

• Picking and issuing stock and materials
\n
• Loading and unloading deliveries
\n
• Operating forklifts and cranes safely
\n
• Managing warehouse storage areas
\n
• Conducting stock rotation and stock checks
\n
• Packing and dispatching goods
\n
• Using SAP or warehouse management systems for inventory control
\n
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
\n
• Completing delivery records and documentation
\n

• Previous experience in warehouse, stores, or materials control
\n
• Forklift Truck (FLT) experience or licence (preferred)
\n
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
\n
• Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP or similar systems)
\n
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
\n
• Comfortable working long shifts and rotational patterns
\n
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
\n
