As a Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be the key link between customers and the business, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:\n

  • Processing customer orders received via telephone, email, and online platforms
  • \n
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and resolving queries professionally
  • \n
  • Ensuring orders are entered accurately and managed through to completion
  • \n
  • Supporting customers with product and service information
  • \n
  • Assisting with delivery, returns, and account-related enquiries
  • \n
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
  • \n
  • Supporting the wider sales support team to achieve service and performance targets
  • \n
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:\n

  • Previous customer service, sales support, or order processing experience
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
  • The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
  • \n
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • \n
  • Experience using CRM or order management systems would be advantageous but is not essential
  • \n
