Health & Safety ManagerAre you a proactive Health & Safety professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We are looking for an experienced H&S Manager to take ownership of health, safety, and compliance across a fast-paced warehouse and office environment.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible on-site, building relationships, challenging where needed, and working collaboratively with teams to create a positive safety culture.The RoleReporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of Health & Safety across a large fulfilment warehouse and office environments. You will ensure compliance, improve safety standards, support managers, and provide practical solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:\n

- Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures \n
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards \n
- Complete risk assessments and implement effective control measures \n
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions \n
- Manage COSHH, PPE, manual handling, and safe systems of work \n
- Deliver H&S training, inductions, and safety briefings \n
- Lead H&S meetings and report on key trends and performance \n
- Monitor H&S KPIs and identify areas for improvement \n
- Carry out regular warehouse and office inspections \n
- Support managers in maintaining strong safety standards \n
- Monitor housekeeping standards and promote continuous improvement \n

- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) \n
- Experience working within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments \n
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice \n
- A confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and build relationships \n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach \n
- Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working on-site \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office \n
- Full UK driving licence required \n
