This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing professional to join a well-respected practice that has built an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional client service across the East Midlands. The firm continues to experience sustained growth and is seeking a motivated individual who can manage a busy caseload whilst maintaining the highest standards of client care.The Role As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Typical matters will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters
\n
• Help to Buy and Right to Buy transactions
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
\n
• Maintaining high levels of client care throughout the transaction process
\n
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the residential property department
\n

• Solicitors with significant residential property experience

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload

• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
\n
• The ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• A commercial and client-focused approach
\n
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
\n
• A proactive and collaborative attitude
