\nLocation: Hybrid (office/home working) Office Uxbridge
\nHours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

\n\nAs the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join the team.
\n\nThe Role
\nThe Paraplanner will work closely with Financial Advisers to provide high-quality technical support throughout the financial planning process.
\n\nYou will be responsible for researching and analysing client circumstances, preparing suitability reports and helping advisers deliver clear, well-considered financial planning recommendations.
\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and wants to be part of a collaborative team where quality of advice and client outcomes are the priority.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\nPrepare high-quality suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection.
\nUndertake technical research and analysis to support client recommendations.
\nAnalyse provider information and existing arrangements.
\nCarry out product, platform and fund research using industry tools, including FE Analytics where appropriate.
\nSupport advisers in developing appropriate financial planning strategies.
\nAssist with complex technical queries and case preparation.
\nReview and interpret information received through Letters of Authority (LOAs).
\nLiaise with providers, platforms and third parties where required.
\nMaintain accurate client records and workflows within Intelligent Office.
\nKeep up to date with regulatory and technical developments.
\nEssential Skills and Experience
\nPrevious experience working as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management practice.
\nStrong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
\nExperience preparing suitability reports.
\nExcellent analytical and report-writing skills.
\nStrong attention to detail.
\nAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nDesirable Skills and Experience
\nDiploma in Financial Planning (or working towards Chartered status).
\nExperience using Intelligent Office (iO).
\nExperience using FE Analytics.
\nKnowledge of cashflow modelling software would be advantageous..
