• Carry out local deliveries and collections across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
\n
• Visit customer sites to complete straightforward support tasks.
\n
• Represent the business professionally and provide excellent customer service at every visit.
\n
• Update the office on completed jobs and any customer feedback.
\n
• Assist with loading, paperwork and delivery documentation.
\n
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email when in the office.
\n
• Update customer records and maintain accurate information on the company system.
\n
• Provide general administrative support to the customer service team.
\n

About YouWe're looking for someone who is:\n

• A confident and courteous communicator.
\n
• Reliable, punctual and enjoys being out on the road.
\n
• Organised with good attention to detail.
\n
• Happy working independently as well as part of a team.
\n
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and completing paperwork.
\n
• Experienced in a customer-facing role such as driving, delivery, customer service or logistics (preferred but not essential).
\n

Essential Requirements\n

• Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
\n
• Comfortable driving locally throughout the working day.
\n
• Good customer service skills and a professional manner.
\n
• Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks.
\n
