- Produce and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports. \n
- Analyse commercial, operational and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities. \n
- Develop customer, product and departmental reporting to support strategic decision-making. \n
- Monitor key business performance metrics and provide actionable insight. \n
- Present analysis clearly, making recommendations to improve business performance. \n
- Support senior management with meaningful management information and ad hoc analysis. \n

- Extract, manipulate and analyse data from multiple systems. \n
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of reporting. \n
- Improve reporting processes and data quality across the business. \n
- Identify opportunities to automate routine reporting and increase efficiency. \n
- Develop new reports and dashboards to meet evolving business requirements. \n

- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities. \n
- Assist with cost and margin analysis. \n
- Provide analytical support for business improvement initiatives and projects. \n
- Support the wider finance team with reporting and analysis as required. \n
- \n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. \n
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. \n
- Help drive a more commercially focused, data-led approach across the organisation. \n
- \n
- Experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst, Business Analyst or similar analytical role. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and complex formulas. \n
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources. \n
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise way. \n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- A naturally curious mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. \n

- Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. \n
- Experience with ERP or finance systems. \n
- Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting or forecasting. \n
- Knowledge of operational, commercial or procurement reporting. \n
