\nRight Match Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a well-established, friendly law firm in the Swanley area to appoint a Senior Private Client Fee Earner.
\n\nWith a presence in the local community for 65 years, our client is known for delivering high-quality, personal legal services. They operate from a small, welcoming office with on-site parking and are now seeking a dedicated and experienced private client professional to step into the shoes of a long-standing team member.
\n\nThe Opportunity: This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team in a firm where staff retention is incredibly high. The successful candidate will benefit from a well-planned handover, working alongside the outgoing fee earner to ensure a seamless transition.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage your own caseload independently, including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and estate administration. \n
- Provide tailored advice to a broad client base with empathy, professionalism, and integrity. \n
- Handle all aspects of transactions with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail. \n
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation and compliance standards. \n
- Support and mentor a junior solicitor within the team as needed. \n
- Represent the firm locally and build lasting client relationships. \n
What We're Looking For:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Client work (qualification by experience welcome). \n
- Strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in estate accounts and tax matters. \n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment. \n
- A full UK driving licence to accommodate occasional home visits. \n
- Someone seeking a long-term role where they can put down roots and grow their own practice. \n
