About the role:
\nAs a key EICA specialist, you’ll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.
\nYou will:
\n- \n
- Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design \n
- Create high-quality engineering outputs, including: \n
- Single-line diagrams \n
- Cable block diagrams \n
- Control system architecture \n
- MCC datasheets \n
- Load schedules \n
- Control Philosophies \n
- Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects \n
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams \n
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients \n
- Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site \n
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development \n
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards \n

\nAbout you:
\nA committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.
\nYou will have:
\n- \n
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) \n
- Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors \n
- Expertise in: \n
- Electrical power systems \n
- Water treatment control systems \n
- Integrated system design \n
- Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document control \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills \n
- A self-motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high-quality engineering \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- Professional or on path to registration (IEng / CEng MIET) \n
- Proven mentoring or leadership experience \n
- A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement \n
