\n\nAbout the Role
\nWe are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join a growing client partnerships team within a leading provider of surveying, valuation and panel management services.
\nThis role sits within a high-performing, close-knit team and will focus on managing and developing a select portfolio of lender and financial services clients. You will play a key role in nurturing relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts.
\nThis is a client-facing, relationship-led role, ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships and being out in the market.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\nAccount Management & Client Relationships

- Manage and develop a portfolio of key lender clients \n
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships \n
- Develop and own individual client account plans, aligned to wider business strategy \n
Growth & Commercial Awareness
\n- \n
- Support account growth through relationship development, increased allocations, and upselling services \n
- Identify and contribute to new business opportunities within your client base \n
- Participate in client reviews and support more strategic discussions alongside senior stakeholders where required \n
Client Engagement & Collaboration
\n- \n
- Lead on organising and coordinating client meetings, including setting agendas and preparing materials \n
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure the right expertise is brought into client conversations \n
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and wider leadership to support client strategy \n
Experience & Skills
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Proven background in B2B account management or client relationship roles \n
- Strong ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships \n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively \n
- Strong communication and presentation skills \n
Desirable (Not Essential)

- Experience within financial services, lending, or property-related sectors \n
- Background managing or supporting large/complex client accounts \n
