Property Litigation Executive

\n

An established and growing law firm in Redditch is seeking a motivated Property Litigation Executive to join its busy Property Disputes team.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation professional to manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Managing a caseload of property litigation matters from inception through to conclusion.
  • \n
  • Handling landlord and tenant disputes, including residential and commercial possession claims.
  • \n
  • Advising clients on boundary disputes, easements, rights of way, covenant breaches and nuisance claims.
  • \n
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications.
  • \n
  • Negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
  • \n
  • Maintaining excellent client care standards and building strong client relationships.
  • \n
  • Supporting business development and networking activities.
  • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience handling property litigation matters.
  • \n
  • Litigation Executive, CILEX qualified, or equivalent legal experience considered.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and case management skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • \n
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • \n
