Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and expanding business on the outskirts of Ipswich in their search for a Trade Service Delivery Coordinator.This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy operations team where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of daily collections and deliveries. Working closely with the Transport Manager and drivers, you'll help deliver an efficient, responsive, and high-quality service while managing day-to-day operational activity.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily waste collections and delivery rounds Plan, schedule and optimise service routesMaintain real-time communication with drivers via Microsoft Teams and phoneWork closely with the Transport Manager to manage driver workloadsManage live service changes and resolve issuesAct as a key point of contact for driversProcess customer orders and handle service queriesLiaise with internal teams including Transport, Accounts and Site OperationsKeep CRM and systems up to dateSkills & Experience: Experience in service delivery, logistics, transport or operations coordinationExperience with WasteLogics or similar systems (advantageous)Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPlease note: Due to the location of the business, a full UK driving license and access to your own transport are essential.
