Position: Food Production OperativesLocation: Lodge Farm, NorthamptonPay Rate : £12.71 per hourShift Pattern : Monday – Thursday Hours : 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00Looking for a hands-on role with a company that supplies some of the UK’s biggest food brands?ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting Food Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Lodge Farm, Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team producing high-quality bacon products from preparation through to packaging.You’ll be working across a variety of departments including:\n

• Racking

• Boxing
\n
• Raw preparation
\n
• Slicing
\n
• Rolling
\n
• Hygiene
\n

What You’ll Be Doing:\n

\n
• Preparing and handling raw pork products
\n
• Operating production machinery used in curing, smoking, and cooking
\n
• Ensuring products meet strict quality and food safety standards
\n
• Packaging and labelling products ready for distribution
\n
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
\n

What We’re Looking For:\n

• Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
\n
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Good teamwork and communication skills
\n
