Job Title: Paraplanner
\nLocation: Kettering (Hybrid Working)
\nSalary: £35,000 - £45,000, Negotiable depending on experience

\nA highly technical, independent financial planning practice based in Kettering, providing bespoke wealth management and financial planning advice to private clients, business owners, professionals and retirees.

\nAs the business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Paraplanner to support the advisers and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning recommendations.
\n\nThe Opportunity
\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
\nThe role involves researching financial solutions, preparing suitability reports and working closely with advisers throughout the advice process.
\n\nGiven the development at the firm, there is an opportunity for this role to develop towards advising in a couple of years’ time, if desired.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Produce and package financial reports for a variety of Pensions, and Investment products. \n
- Conduct financial analysis by reviewing client income, assets, liabilities, and financial goals \n
- Create and compile reports, illustrations and fund research. \n
- Answer technical queries and liaise with clients as and when needed. \n
- Perform cash flow modelling and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and platforms. \n
Qualifications & Experience:
\n- \n
- Diploma qualified (or significant progress made towards this) \n
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or a similar role in a financial planning firm. \n
- Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and compliance requirements. \n
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. \n
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools. \n
