Employment Solicitor| 2-5 Year's PQE

We are working with a growing law firm who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (2-5 year’s PQE) to join their growing Employment team. This role will be handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities

Advise predominantly employer clients across the full spectrum of employment law, including:

• Complex disciplinary and grievance matters
\n
• Redundancy processes and reorganisations
\n
• TUPE advice and business transfers
\n
• Employment Tribunal claims
\n
• Senior executive exits and negotiated settlements
\n
• Drafting and advising on employment contracts, service agreements and staff handbooks
\n
• HR advisory support for retained clients
\n
• Advising on employee incentive arrangements and share schemes
\n

Key Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in Employment law
\n
• Strong experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters
\n
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
\n
• Commercially focused, solution-driven approach
\n
