Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Onboarding Administrator to join a well-established financial services firm in Blackpool on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

The role focuses on onboarding new clients by reviewing and setting up accounts within the CRM system, ensuring all processes are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

You will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining client data, ensuring high levels of data integrity through strict quality control checks, and supporting internal stakeholders with onboarding queries. The role also involves liaising with Front Office and Client Due Diligence teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in financial services operations or onboarding (preferred)
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Confident using systems (ideally Avaloq or similar)
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
\n
• Strong communication skills
