We're supporting a well-established organisation within the manufacturing sector in appointing an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to support a key operational and programme-led function.

Strategic Business Partnering

- Act as a trusted finance lead to senior stakeholders across technical and operational teams \n
- Provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions and support key decisions \n
- Deliver scenario planning and financial modelling \n

Programme & Project Finance

- Oversee financial performance across multiple programmes/projects \n
- Manage budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities \n
- Ensure strong cost control and margin visibility \n

Performance & Reporting
\n- \n
- Produce clear, insightful reporting for senior leadership \n
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations \n
- Support board-level reporting where required \n

Controls & Continuous Improvement

- Strengthen financial governance and reporting processes \n
- Improve financial visibility across non-finance teams \n
- Drive improvements in forecasting, planning and performance tracking \n

- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing non-finance teams \n
- Comfortable operating in a manufacturing or operationally complex environment \n
- Experience supporting project, programme or cost-focused environments \n
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capability \n

- Commercially minded and proactive \n
- Hands-on, adaptable and able to operate at pace \n
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders \n
- Well organised and capable of managing competing priorities \n
- Credible and confident in a highly visible role \n
