Employee Relations Specialist

Hours: 4 days per week 08:30am-05:30pm

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35,000-£38,000

Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in Leeds who are looking to bring in an Employee Relations Specialist on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be responsible for providing an operationally focused HR service by providing advice, support and managing employee relations cases.
\n
• Manage TUPE, ACAS and Employment Tribunal Claims
\n
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver the business strategy.
\n
• Be proactive in resolving challenging situations whilst driving best fit and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies, and employment legislation.
\n
• Work closely with Key stakeholders across the business and advise them on current legislation, help identify risk and offer solutions.
\n
