Machine Operative – Southend-on-Sea – £27,000

The Role

We’re looking for a Machine Operative to join a fast-paced team, supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing orders with accuracy
\n
• Booking goods in/out and replenishing stock
\n
• Checking orders before dispatch
\n
• Using warehouse equipment where required
\n
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
\n
• Working as part of a team to meet targets
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Team player with a proactive approach
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Comfortable in a busy environment
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg)
\n
• Reliable and punctual
\n
• Previous machine operating experience
\n
• Able to commute to Southend-on-Sea
\n
