We are supporting an NHS organisation an experienced Workforce Lead to lead the development, optimisation and strategic use of workforce department.
\n
Key responsibilities:
\n
\n - Manage a small team and provide expert workforce support
\n - Produce HR workforce analytics, reports and dashboards to support decision-making from ESR
\n - Act as the primary liaison with the national ESR team, escalating and managing support tickets, monitoring progress, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently for end users
\n - Manage any ESR FOI requests
\n - Streamline and improve workforce processes
\n
\n
About you:
\n
\n - Expert user of ESR
\n - Strong background in workforce analytics, reporting and HR
\n - Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
\n - Degree educated or equivalent experience, ideally with a HR analytics or CIPD background.
