Our client is seeking a commercially minded HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for their UK operations. Supporting employees, alongside overseeing payroll requirements for expatriate employees. You'll become the trusted HR partner to senior leaders and managers across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, influencing business decisions, and creating an exceptional employee experience. From strategic HR initiatives to day-to-day operational support, you'll play a key role in helping the business attract, develop and retain outstanding talent while ensuring best practice across every aspect of HR.What You'll Be Doing As the business's HR expert, you'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of strategic and operational HR activities, including:\n

- Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice, drive people strategy, and support organisational growth, succession planning, and change initiatives. \n
- Lead all employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, wellbeing, and learning & development. \n
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR administration, ensuring accurate ADP payroll processing, HR systems maintenance, workforce planning, and budget management. \n
- Develop and maintain HR policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation while promoting employee engagement through staff forums, events, and communication initiatives. \n
- Drive a high-performing workplace culture by coaching managers, overseeing salary reviews, managing employee records, and implementing Group HR initiatives across the UK business. \n

- Proven HR generalist experience, with the confidence to manage employee relations matters and provide commercially focused HR advice. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice, and experience managing payroll and HR systems (ADP experience is advantageous). \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the ability to influence managers and build trusted relationships across the business. \n
- Highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. \n
- CIPD Level 7 (or MCIPD) is desirable, alongside excellent communication skills, resilience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. \n
