Private Client Solicitor | Wills | Trusts | Probate | Tax Planning

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor/ Associate/ Legal Executive to join a well-established Legal 500 recognised law firm with multiple offices across the region.

The firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to become an integral part of its highly regarded Private Client team, taking over an established caseload while developing long-term relationships with an existing client base of high-net-worth individuals and families.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to build a long-term career with genuine progression prospects within a respected and growing practice.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
\n
• Trust creation and administration
\n
• Inheritance Tax and estate planning advice
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Probate and estate administration
\n
• Court of Protection matters (desirable)
\n
• Contentious probate matters (advantageous)
\n

The department acts for an established client base, including high-net-worth individuals with complex estates, business interests and UK and international assets.

About You

To be considered, you will:

\n
• Be a qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-8 years' PQE in Private Client
\n
• Have experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
\n
• Be confident advising on wills, trusts, probate and estate planning matters
\n
• Have experience of tax planning and trust work
\n
• Experience of contentious probate would be advantageous but is not essential
\n
• Possess excellent communication and client relationship skills
\n
• Be commercially minded with an interest in networking and business development
\n
