As a result, an opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Semi Senior or Accounts Senior to join the team. Offering a varied workload, excellent support and genuine opportunities for career development, this is an ideal role for someone looking to continue their career within practice. Full-time or part-time hours are on offer to suit.

Key responsibilities as Accounts Semi Senior or Accounts Senior will include:

-Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies

-Preparing personal and corporate tax returns

-Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments where required

-Building strong relationships with clients, providing practical advice and responding to day-to-day queries

-Working closely with senior colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of client service

The successful candidate will already have experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident preparing accounts and tax returns for a range of clients.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Accounts Semi Seniors looking to take the next step in their career, as well as established Accounts Seniors seeking a fresh challenge. AAT, ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous, although candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered.
