The Role: You’ll manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, working directly with experienced partners and clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations. Your work will involve:\n

• Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters
\n
• Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
\n
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
\n
• Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
\n
• Supporting business development and client relationship management
\n

About You\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
\n
• Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth
\n
• Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels
\n
