The role

As a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, investments and business restructures
\n
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, investment agreements and commercial contracts
\n
• Providing advice on corporate governance and shareholder matters
\n
• Managing transactions from inception through to completion
\n
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas
\n
• Building and maintaining client relationships
\n
• Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team development
\n

About you

This role would suit a Corporate Solicitor who:

\n
• Has 6+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
\n
• Has experience handling M&A and transactional work
\n
• Is confident managing client relationships and complex matters
\n
• Demonstrates excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
\n
• Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
\n
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and mentoring junior team members
\n
