Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join an established Creditor Services Department based in either Liverpool or Manchester.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to manage a high-quality recoveries caseload for a well-developed portfolio of finance clients and medium to enterprise level businesses, within a commercially focused and growing team.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, client-focused litigation services, contributing to the ongoing development of the department, and supporting junior team members as the team continues to expand.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Managing a full recoveries caseload from inception through to conclusion \n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients \n
- Supporting the development of the client base and wider departmental growth \n
- Working towards and achieving financial and performance targets \n
- Assisting with, supervising and developing solicitors and paralegals within the team \n
- Responding promptly and professionally to requests for updates from clients, team leaders and introducers \n
- Providing general support to a busy and collaborative litigation team \n
Skills and Experience Required
\n- \n
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial finance recovery / litigation work \n
- Proven experience managing court processes and working to strict client and procedural deadlines \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail \n
- Clear and confident communication skills, with a client-focused approach \n
- A proactive, personable and hardworking attitude \n
