FP&A Analyst
Job Description
I'm currently partnering with a leading capital-intensive infrastructure business to recruit a qualified FP&A Analyst into their high-performing finance team.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading organisation during a significant period of investment and growth. Reporting into the FP&A Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting and commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business.
\nLocation: Central London
\nSalary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
\nWorking Pattern: 100% office-based.
The Role\nReporting into the FP&A Lead, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plans. \n
- Producing robust financial models, scenario analysis and investment appraisals. \n
- Supporting capital expenditure planning, tracking and reporting. \n
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making. \n
- Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. \n
- Preparing monthly management reporting with meaningful commentary and recommendations. \n
- Supporting business partnering activities across finance and operational teams. \n
- Assisting with the continuous improvement of financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes. \n

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. \n
- Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis. \n
- Experience working within a fast-paced, capital-intensive business is highly desirable. \n
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. \n
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present financial information to senior stakeholders. \n
- A commercially minded individual with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in driving business performance. \n
