We are currently recruiting for a Digital BA with experience delivering enterprise digital solutions to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

    \n
  • Own the clarity and definition of a product area throughout its lifecycle (e.g. journeys, features, personas), to enable iterative delivery in line with product strategy, and ensuring requirements support scalable, modular, and high-quality solutions.
  • \n
  • Elicit, analyse, and document requirements, translating user needs, business rules, and regulatory constraints into actionable, scalable solutions.
  • \n
  • Define high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria using story slicing, BDD, INVEST principles; Lead refinement and grooming sessions to ensure shared understanding and delivery readiness.
  • \n
  • Drive user-centric solutions by collaborating with UX and Design to define user journeys, behaviours, and experience requirements, and integrating feedback from research, usability tests, and data insights.
  • \n
  • Partner with Tech team to ensure functional /non-functional requirements are mapped effectively and accurately to desired system behaviour.
  • \n
  • Work with the squad to produce and/or ensure functional requirements, business rules, and edge cases are clearly documented and reflected in the UI.
  • \n
  • Produce supporting documentation to delivery team and stakeholders that could include conditional logic, configuration requirements, and workflow scenarios to complement design and technical specifications.
  • \n
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analysis, providing estimates or mandates to support programme planning.
  • \n
  • Work within dual-track Agile teams to support discovery, iterative delivery, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • \n
  • Support planning, walkthroughs, demos, and UAT to ensure shared understanding and high-quality delivery.

Experience

\n
    \n
  • Proven experience as a Digital or Agile Business Analyst (or proxy Product Owner) in delivering user-facing enterprise digital solutions, with at least 7 years in similar roles.
  • \n
  • Hands-on experience building scalable, modular solutions for multi-tenancy environments, ensuring configurable products rather than bespoke implementations.
  • \n
  • Expert in defining product scenarios and managing complex user journeys, particularly for highly personalized experiences.
  • \n
  • Strong experience with Agile delivery: skilled in writing INVEST-compliant, BDD-style user stories, testable scenarios, and handling for edge cases; and leading backlog refinement sessions.
  • \n
  • Strong conceptual understanding of modern digital architecture: APIs, integrations, microservices, headless CMS, and data-driven personalization.
  • \n
  • Practical experience using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma is essential. Bonus if experienced in leveraging AI-powered tools for analysis, automation to enhance productivity.
  • \n
  • Domain knowledge in pensions or financial services preferred; experience in other regulated sectors (LegalTech, MedTech, investments) desirable.
