Key Duties & Responsibilities for Front of House Supervisor

• The Role
\n
• We are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our busy catering service.
\n
• Key responsibilities include:
\n
• Supervising front of house operations across breakfast and lunch services.
\n
• Leading, motivating and supporting the front of house team.
\n
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer queries.
\n
• Managing stock ordering, stock control and monthly stock checks.
\n
• Operating and maintaining the coffee bar, including barista duties.
\n
• Ensuring food safety, health & safety and company compliance standards are met.
\n
• Completing operational paperwork and due diligence records.
\n
• Supporting the Chef Manager in achieving operational and financial targets.
\n

• What We're Looking For
\n
• Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, catering or retail.
\n
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
\n
• Experience with cash handling and stock control.
\n
• Barista experience desirable.
\n
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
\n

Salary: £13.22 per hour (£27,573 per annum)

Hours: 40 hours per week - No Late Nights

Schedule working pattern

\n
• Work on a 5 days out of 7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays as required by the business.
\n
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including:
\n
• 07:00 - 15:30
\n
• 09:00 - 17:30
\n
• Later shifts as business needs dictate
\n
• All shifts include a 30-minute break.
\n
