Service Advisor - Car Dealership

Location: Oxford

Basic Salary: £32,000pa + weekend hours paid as overtime £34,500pa

OTE: £40,000pa

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and Every other Saturday morning 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime)

Our fantastic industry leading client, a main dealership in OXFORD is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team. The Service Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of £34,500pa with weekend hours paid as overtime! Also an excellent benefits package of £40,000pa OTE Uncapped! You can earn more if you become the customer service champ!

Key Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for service & maintenance customers in the dealership
\n
• Manage bookings, courtesy cars, and customer updates
\n
• Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery
\n
• Upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties
\n

Service Advisor Requirements:

\n
• Main dealership Service Advisor experience essential
\n
• Confident, organised, and customer-focused
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
\n
• Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink
\n
• An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
\n
• Experience in using commercial databases
\n
