Our Client, a Greater Manchester council, is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join their Children with Disability Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Manage a caseload of children with disabilities and their families, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
\n
• Complete assessments, care planning, and safeguarding interventions to promote positive outcomes.
\n
• Work closely with education, health, and other partner agencies to coordinate support and services.
\n
• Lead on complex cases, providing expert guidance and support to colleagues where required.
\n
• Prepare high-quality reports and attend court proceedings, reviews, and multi-agency meetings.
\n
• Ensure children's voices are heard and reflected in all assessments, plans, and decision-making.
\n

Requirements of this role

\n
• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
\n
• Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
\n
