Junior Protection Broker – (Life Insurance / CIC / ASU)

We’re looking for a driven Protection Broker with 12 - 24 months experience who knows their way around Life Insurance, CIC and ASU, interested in joining a dynamic and fast paced financial services brokerage in the City of London.

This is more than a standard protection role. You’ll have the opportunity to advise clients across both personal and commercial needs, helping individuals and business owners protect what matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Advising on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection
\n
• Building long-term client relationships and identifying protection gaps
\n
• Working closely with advisers and business owners on holistic planning
\n

Delivering tailored solutions for business clients, including:

\n
• Key Person Insurance
\n
• Shareholder/Partnership Protection
\n
• Business Loan Protection
\n
• Relevant Life Cover
\n
• Executive Income Protection
\n

Experience required:

\n
• Proven track record in protection insurance sales a must (ideally someone with 12 - 24 months experience that is looking to progress their career)
\n
• Strong knowledge of personal protection products (Life, CIC, Income Protection/ASU)
\n
• Understanding of business protection solutions beneficial (Key Person, Shareholder Protection, Business Loan Protection etc)
\n
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
\n
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
\n
• Motivated, driven and a team player
\n

£30 – 40k Basic (Dependent on experience) plus uncapped monthly commission - genuine six figure OTE
