Title Checker Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 DOE Location – Remote Hours – Full time Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Title Checker looking for a new opportunity in a growing, forward-thinking firm? We are currently recruiting for a Title Checker to join a dynamic team remotely. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:\n

• Managing all aspects of a purchase transaction, with a focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries.
\n
• Reviewing and reporting on search results, identifying issues, and raising relevant enquiries.
\n
• Advising Case Handlers on when to report key matters to lenders under CML guidelines.
\n
• Handling a continuous flow of title checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
\n
• Liaising with conveyancing teams to provide support on complex transactions.
\n
• Assisting teams with replies to enquiries, management packs, mortgage offers, and searches.
\n

Skills & Experience Required:\n

\n
• Experience in title checking within a conveyancing environment.
\n
• A strong understanding of residential property transactions across all tenures.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify legal issues.
\n
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work to tight deadlines.
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience with case management systems is beneficial.
\n
