Temporary Residential Porter

We are currently looking for a Porter to join us in 5*, high end residential buildings in and around the City of London on a temporary basis with an opportunity to go permanent. You will have the luxury of working with one of the largest, award winning property management companies in the Regents Park area.

The role will include -

• Cleaning duties
\n
• Routine testing of fire safety equipment
\n
• Securely opening and closing of the building & gates
\n
• Routine Patrols of the building garden & car park area throughout the day for any potential intruders
\n
• Receiving and distributing post & parcels throughout the day to leaseholders.
\n
• Ensuring that any issues are reported to R&R
\n
• Competing weekly & monthly checks on the fire safety equipment.
\n
• Clearly communicating updates to residents
\n
• Managing the major works contractors on site
\n

The working hours will be 07:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.
