We are seeking a Freight Sales Specialist with a strong background in freight forwarding sales across sea, air, and road modalities. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who has a proven track record in sales and business development within the global freight industry.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Identify and source new business opportunities, leveraging both personal leads and those provided by the Sales and Operations teams.
\n
• Develop new sales across sea freight, air freight, and road freight for both imports and exports.
\n
• Operate flexibly with responsibilities both in-office and in the field to meet sales targets.
\n
• Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring the inclusion of all relevant terms and clauses.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in freight sales (sea, air, and road) within a freight forwarding environment.
\n
• A proven track record in sales and business development.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of the global freight industry.
\n
• Exceptional negotiation skills and strong attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
\n
• A collaborative and dynamic team spirit.
\n
• Outstanding English and mathematics skills.
