Project Manager (Relocation)
Job Description
Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support planning and delivery of a Law Chambers’ relocation from five existing buildings into a single new premises. The Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate operational, logistical, and stakeholder elements of the move, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business continuity.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nSupport end-to-end delivery of the relocation programme from planning through to post-move stabilisation
\nCoordinate workstreams including facilities, IT/technology, staff moves, and suppliers
\nMaintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and reporting frameworks
\nManage relationships with external suppliers including removal contractors and IT providers
\nSupport logistics planning for the move across all locations • Coordinate furniture, archive, and equipment relocation
\nCollaborate with IT teams to ensure operational readiness in the new building
\nLiaise with internal teams including HR, Facilities, and business services • Support staff move planning including schedules and communications
\nIdentify and track risks and issues, escalating as required
\n\nPerson Specification
\nExperience delivering relocation, facilities, or operational projects
\nStrong organisational and coordination skills and Experience working with suppliers and stakeholders
\nExcellent communication skills
\nDesirable: experience in multi-site consolidation or professional services environment
