Family Paralegal

A well-regarded private practice law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join its established and busy Family Law team. This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality family matters and clear long-term progression for the right candidate.

The RoleYou will be supporting experienced fee earners on a broad range of family law matters, working closely with clients and assisting with files from instruction to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
\n
• Preparing court bundles and legal documentation
\n
• Drafting correspondence and attendance notes
\n
• Liaising with clients, counsel and the courts
\n
• Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case files
\n
• Providing high-quality client care throughout proceedings
\n

The Ideal Candidate

\n
• Previous experience as a Family Paralegal or Legal Assistant
\n
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and court processes
\n
• Confident communicator with excellent written skills
\n
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
\n
• Law graduates with family law experience will be considered
\n
