\nRole Overview
\nYou’ll act as a Client Relationship Manager, supporting advisers and clients across private wealth, retirement planning, investments, tax planning and estate planning. This is a client facing role combining technical work, relationship management and oversight of the full advice process.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct client review meetings (virtual & in person) \n
- Assess client circumstances, objectives, ATR & CFL \n
- Evaluate existing arrangements and complete due diligence / research \n
- Complete calculations (pensions, CGT, IHT, income tax) \n
- Oversee provider illustrations, applications & fund information \n
- Identify new business opportunities & cross-group referrals \n
- Oversee post-review work passed to the support team \n
- Monitor client fees and manage servicing requests \n
- Maintain accurate records in back-office systems \n
- Liaise with clients and providers \n
- Produce suitability reports across multiple advice areas \n
- Support advisers with new client enquiries \n
- Maintain technical knowledge & CPD \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 5+ years financial services experience \n
- Strong FCA/regulatory understanding \n
- Senior admin or paraplanning background \n
- Diploma qualified (Level 4) \n
- Strong communication, organisation and work ethic \n
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively \n
Desirable

- Experience with private wealth, corporate clients, trusts \n
- Client facing experience \n
- Desire to work towards Chartered status \n
- Background in a team-based environment \n
