Location: Portsmouth Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Salary: Dependant on experience Job Type: Ongoing temporary role with the potential to go permanent

Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's team in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy warehouse environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
\n
• Loading and unloading deliveries
\n
• Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas
\n
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes
\n
• Carrying out basic stock checks and reporting discrepancies
\n
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are always followed
\n
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
\n

Requirements

\n
• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
\n
• Previous experience operating a forklift
\n
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
\n
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
\n
• Awareness of health and safety practices
\n

Desirable

\n
• Previous experience in a similar role
\n
• Flexible and proactive attitude
\n
