\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Take ownership of reported technical issues and manage cases through to resolution using the technical support system. \n
- Provide field-based technical support to the dealer network and produce detailed visit reports. \n
- Prioritise and manage multiple complex technical cases simultaneously. \n
- Escalate unresolved issues to engineering teams, ensuring timely and customer-focused solutions. \n
- Support Quality teams in the investigation and resolution of product-related concerns. \n
- Assist Customer Experience teams with technical input relating to customer complaints. \n
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of technical support processes and systems. \n
- Review technical documentation received from global teams, ensuring it is suitable for the UK market and identifying any translation requirements. \n
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for technicians across the dealer network. \n
- Create and maintain technical service bulletins, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. \n
- Support Warranty teams by verifying technical failures and providing expert recommendations. \n
- Carry out any other duties relevant to the role as required. \n
Beneficial Skills / Experience:
\n- \n
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical support role within the automotive sector. \n
- IMI Level 4 qualification. \n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. \n
- Experience using diagnostic equipment and engineering data logging tools. \n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics. \n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service. \n
- Good written and verbal English communication skills. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \n
- Full, clean UK driving licence. \n
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required. \n

- Experience working with electric and/or hybrid vehicles. \n
- Master Technician status, engineering qualification, or equivalent technical experience. \n
- Previous experience supporting dealer networks or field service operations. \n
